About this position

The Sr. Production Supervisor in Chonburi is responsible for supervising and managing a team to achieve production objectives, ensuring quality processes, and maintaining effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages a team of supervisors to achieve production objectives.
• Plans and organizes the productive structure to suit with production objectives.
• Works with section concerned such as process engineer and quality engineer in order to improve the quality process and yield.
• Provides optimum headcount in responsible area.
• Implement effective methods to eliminate production problems in his/her responsible area.
• Provides accurate effective data and highlight unusual matter to high level.
• Motivates and supervise subordinates with regarding full to achieve the effective teamwork, good moral and attitude.
• Provides subordinates on production knowledge and management.
• Coordinates with other section concerning production activities.
• Ensures a good housekeeping, environment cleanliness and safety regulation.
• Scrap and inventory controlling.
• Knows your customer's expectations and drive action to meet them.
• Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor/leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher in engineering or related.
• Manufacturing Exp. In Electronic field ( Box build / Back End process include functional test).
• Working Exp 15 Year+ in Production/Production planning or scheduler.
• Working in the middle level (Superintendent, Lead Production Supv., Asst Production Mgr. minimum 3-4 Year).
• Knowledge of Inventory control and can operate SAP / Oracle.
• Knowledge of Lean tool (VSM, Line balancing, Kanban, ROP system).
• Good presentation skills.
• Good communicate in English.
• Good Microsoft Office especially Excel, Power point.
