About this position

The Senior Process Engineer position in Chonburi involves providing process instructions for manufacturing, improving processes for yield and quality, and coordinating with personnel on process activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide process instruction for manufacturing.
• Handle process improvement for ultimate yield & quality, less scrap and cycle time.
• Conduct engineering change and evaluation.
• Transfer new products, process, tooling, equipment and technology as assigned by Supervisor.
• Coordinate with other personnel concerning process activities.
• Provide accurate data/report or recommendation to higher management if required.
• Develop subordinates for better knowledge and working abilities.
• Prepare presentation package to management.
• Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
• Perform related work as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or relevant fields.
• 5+ years experiences in a high-tech manufacturing environment or electronic manufacturing.
• Experiences with optics, optical components or telecommunication area would be advantage.
• Experiences with PCBA, SMT, Wire bond and Die attach area would be advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical product assembly.
• Test process assembly.
• English Communication is a must.
