The senior engineer (Lean Master) reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager and focuses on driving continuous improvement and Lean projects within the organization, with responsibility for driving the Lean Six Sigma strategy.
Responsibilities
• Train employees and prepare training materials for
• Orientation ML - Continual Improvement part
• Problem-solving tools and techniques
• Lean-Six Sigma (LSS) Green belt and Black belt
• Coach other employees; focus on Lean projects.
• Coordinate with other business units/departments on improvement activities.
• Originate/update procedure, work instruction, and Form for the CI section.
• Promote quality and improvement activities in Fabrinet.
• Assist in providing budget forecasts for CI activities.
• Prepare/report CI performance to management and customers.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or Science or related field.
• At least 6 years of work experience in Lean-Six Sigma (LSS), Green belt, or Black belt.
• Required Training: Lean manufacturing.
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
