About this position

The Program Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities between customers and internal teams to support mass production products, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with Customers for Mass Production Product to coordinate activities internally with other members to support customer.
• Initiating the Road map / Milestone for all Validation Activities with current Products and coordinate with team as well as customer requirements.
• To interact closely with NPI Program Management team and ensure the smooth transfer to Mass Production Phase for all program management.
• To interact with Purchasing team for any Deviation/Qualification request with raw material including managing the Tracking Log for all Open Activities periodically and work with concerned members to close the Action.
• Communicate factory issues to customer/ customer issues to factory.
• Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
• Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor/leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in industrial engineer, or any related planning (Business academic exposure will be high advantage).
• 2+ years experience in related field.
• Good knowledge of MRP and Oracle.
• Good communication and analytical skill.
• Good negotiation skill.
• Excellent command in English.
• Flexible and able to work under high pressure situation.
