About this position

To work with suppliers and business units under the direction of the SQE Manager to qualify, monitor, and improve supplier quality using the supplier quality management system.

Responsibilities

• Perform Supplier Quality on process and products
• Monitor lot acceptance test (LAT) and DPPM of suppliers
• Drive root cause and corrective action for rejected parts
• Implement a problem-prevention the plan at supplier
• Develop suppliers toward a certification program
• Provide technical assistance to other engineers in the team
• Knows your customer's expectations and drives action to meet them
• Perform other duties as properly assigned by the supervisor/leader

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in the Supplier Quality Engineer field.
• Experienced in PCB is required.
• Experience in Electronics or Semiconductor business is preferable.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient with MS Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Six Sigma experience preferred.
• SPC, MSA, and Supervisor skills are required.
