The Jr./Sr. Maintenance Engineer position in Chonburi involves supervising technicians, maintaining tools and machines, and troubleshooting complex defects in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
• Supervises and develops technicians for better performance and activity.
• Improves and maintains all tools & machines for a minimize downtime.
• Keeps track of all tools & machines data and spare parts for system record.
• Troubleshoot the most complex defects or errors using a wide range of techniques.
• Provides work guidance to technician.
• Knows your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
• Performs related work as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering background (Mechanical, Mechanics, Electronics, Electrical or related field)
• Working experience 3 years up in Electronics Manufacturing Environment related field
• Well-known complicate equipment in electronic manufacturing
• Well-know in key machine – SMT, PCBA machine knowledge
• Good communication in English and computer literacy.
