The Failure Analysis Lab Engineer will supervise lab technicians, analyze materials, handle lab issues, prepare reports, and perform sample preparation in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
• Supervise lab technicians and lab operators and ensure that they are properly trained and can perform the assigned task.
• Analyze submitted materials for different parameters as request or required with reliable results.
• Handle lab issues assigned by the lab manager.
• Prepare FA lab reports and collect/summarize weekly reports.
• Perform sample preparation, which needs skill and higher technique and more complicated functions of lab instrument.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering background (Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, Material Science, Physic or related science) or related field.
• 1-5 years working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Environment.
• Good communication in English and computer literacy.
