Responsibility for technical support on failure analysis and debug, repair, rework. Understand product and be able to debug/identify failure root cause as well as drive improvement project to process/test team or customer. Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• To write the complete FA report.
• Understand on optical/digital schematic diagram and multiple printed circuit boards.
• Verify and analyze on all information, pre-test data and find the root cause.
• Coordinate and guide team on all RMA activities (FA/Data analysis/Debug/Rework).
• Organize technician and staffs to deliver results within acceptable cycle time.
• Develops solutions to technical problems through the engineering principles, theories and concepts.
• Transfer new products, process, tooling, equipment and technology as assigned by Supervisor.
• Provide accurate data/report or recommendation to higher management if required.
• Understand on customer's expectations, measurements and drive to meet all requirements, commitments.
• Performs related work as assigned.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering
Experience: at least 3 years of experience
Required Skills:
• Good comment of English
• Computer Literacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills
