About this position
Develop control software for Automation system which consists of advanced 6 DoF alignment stages, vision cameras, micro actuators, high precision gantry, adhesive dispensing and UV curing system. Develop Automated Active/ Passive alignment, Optical Alignment algorithm to support new and existing Telecom and Datacom customers. Perform software evaluation and experiment per assignment and ensure completeness of software engineering related documentations. Accountable for delivering functional software / Automation system per commitment to both NPI and High-volume production line.
Responsibilities
• Develop process/yield improvement which related to assembly process.
• Responsible for developing control software and libraries to support Automated Optical Active/Passive alignment system to support Telecom and Data communication customers.
Requirements
• B.Eng., M.Eng. in Computer, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics and related.
• Experience 5+ years in Automation, Programming in C#, C++, Java, Vision system, Robotics, Motion control system, Electrical / Electronics.
• Background/ Experience in Automation system development will be advantages.
• Able to work under pressure to meet timeline, support production overtime.
• Able to work at supplier site to develop and bring up Automated Alignment machine.
