About this position

The Purchasing Officer is responsible for sourcing products, negotiating prices, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the management team.

Responsibilities

• Source products to ensure timely delivery
• Source and compare prices and product specifications of new suppliers
• Negotiate prices based on product specifications
• Maintain supplier information for market research
• Support superiors, managers, and other personnel within and outside the organization
• Coordinate with various departments or individuals within and outside the organization
• Track and organize documents systematically
• Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Male or female, aged 23-30 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills
• 0-1 year experience in administration or coordination
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to start work immediately is a plus
