Responsibilities
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize work methods and reduce waste.
• Design and layout production facilities to maximize space utilization and workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct ergonomic evaluations to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
• Perform capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Train and mentor employees on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience 3-5 years in the field of Industrial Engineer / Process Engineer.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ability to challenge others.
• Direct experience in productivity, cost saving, safety, quality, delivery improvement.
• Critical-thinking skills in creating new systems to solve problems related to waste and inefficiency.
• Math skills, using the principles of calculus, trigonometry, and other advanced topics in mathematics for analysis, design, and troubleshooting in their work.
