About this position

The Fleet Business Development Associate is responsible for generating leads, assessing potential sites for EV charging stations, managing partner relationships, ensuring documentation compliance, and analyzing site performance to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and partners in the EV charging and fleet management sectors.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective business leads through networking, outreach, and market analysis.
• Scout and evaluate potential sites for EV charging stations, considering technical, geographical, and commercial factors.
• Conduct feasibility studies, including analysis of traffic patterns, energy accessibility, and ROI potential.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with site owners, real estate partners, logistics clients and local authorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term collaboration.
• Review and manage documentation for site approvals, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure all proposals and contracts align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational sites, including utilization rates and revenue metrics.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and ensure sites meet business and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, site acquisition, or a similar role (experience in EV or renewable energy sectors is a plus).
• Strong ability to analyze data related to site performance, market opportunities, and feasibility studies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or other site analysis software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Communication-level English is a must.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Attention to detail for document management and contract reviews.
• Familiarity with EV charging solutions, fleet operations, and energy infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
