About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product development.
• Execute product strategies and define product development roadmap to align with business objectives.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with UX/UI,developers.
• Actively refine the product backlog,epics,and stories to ensure availability of a steady flow of requirements.
• Conduct customer & market research to strategically identify the right features to prioritize.
• Monitor product performance and deliver a solid plan to continue improving customer satisfaction.
• Implement product vision with a focus on the customer and end-user needs.
• Evaluate the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources.
• Ensure the product roadmap reflects business priorities and customer needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT management or any related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a product owner, digital product owner/manager, product management, business analyst or business consultant.
• Experience in software development especially mobile application.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
• Strong technical knowledge and skills to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audience.
• Having Agile & Scrum knowledge.
• Detail-oriented,strong critical thinking & problem-solving.
• Experience using data to make effective decisions.
• Good verbal and written skills.
