Sales & Relationship (CRM) Staff
About this position
The Sales & Relationship (CRM) Staff is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Responsibilities
• Maintain Customer record account information
• Make product recommendations or service to customer based on their needs and preferences
• Responsibility in maintaining existing client and identify new client
• Call back failed leads & handle telephone
• Coordinate with internal team sales regarding to process purchase order and payment
• Build new relationship with potential customer which lead to customer satisfaction and generate orders and sales
• Contact sleeping clients to find problems and solve them
• Offer Slimming and Skin Solution programs for potential Customers and Sleeping Customers
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively with product offerings
• Forward sales and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
• Promote high quality sales process, supply and customer service
Requirements
• S1 any Major
• Minimum 3 years experience as Relationship Officer or 2 year as CRM
• Proven handling premium Client
• Computer skills Microsoft Office
• Exellent communication dan service skill
• Well grooming is a must
• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
