Service Advisor
About this position
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their Maserati vehicles receive the best care. You will guide customers through the service process, from initial consultation to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Prepare detailed service reports and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure services are completed on time and to Maserati standards.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
