About this position

The Sales & Marketing Internship (MINI) offers an opportunity to support the Marketing and Sales team in various operations, including marketing design and digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing and Sales team with daily operations, including design for marketing tools and managing database/administrative works, etc.
• Assist in executing the offline and online marketing plan including event/exhibition loading, event preparation and realization, etc.
• Support for digital marketing efforts, to increase online visibility, and work closely with agencies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Photo, upload, reels, and create content.
• Handling Administrations (MINI Document including filing and document shipment)

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience with social media marketing is preferred
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
• Experience in using graphic design tools, canva, photo, and video editing tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Creative, Innovative, and have the ability to develop marketing materials to boost sales
• Willing to be placed at Central Market Pantai Indah Kapuk
