Responsibilities
• Act as a BMW brand ambassador, providing in-depth knowledge and demonstrations of BMW vehicles to customers.
• Educate customers on BMW’s innovative features, technology, and driving experiences.
• Assist customers in discovering which BMW suits their lifestyle and needs.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge and ensure a smooth, informative sales experience.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest BMW product updates, news, and trends.
• Build strong relationships with customers by offering an informative, non-pressured environment.
Requirements
• Passion for BMW and the automotive industry.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear, engaging way.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to build relationships.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern technology and tools.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry, is a plus.
