Finance and Treasury Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Design and develop annual financial plans, analyzing and forecasting resources needed.
• Manage group liquidity, ensuring smooth banking operations.
• Supervise inter-company financial transactions, including borrowings and dividend payments.
• Analyze and recommend alternative financing structures, considering cash flow, balance sheet, and tax implications.
• Oversee cash and debt management, including forecasting and compliance with banks' covenants.
• Manage financial risk related to treasury operations, including foreign exchange rate management.
• Conduct annual reviews of financial control systems and procedures.
• Monitor and supervise the finance/treasury team, ensuring skill development.
• Lead annual budgeting and planning processes.
• Analyze and present financial reports accurately and timely.
• Communicate monthly and annual financial statements clearly.
• Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
- Proven experience in finance and treasury management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
