About this position
The Customer Service position at Kasetsart University involves acting as the first point of contact for customer communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• To act as the first point of contact for email or telephone communication from our customers in a professional manner.
• To ensure customer enquiries are responded to at first point of contact where this is possible.
• Co-ordinates with laboratory administration and technical staff for sorting out information to advise customers.
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring confidentiality.
• Advises customers the status of tests, e.g. delay of results, problem of testing condition and take a proactive response.
• Review customer inquiries before prepare quotation. / Prepares quotation, proposal to customers.
• Manages the Messenger (external) to pick up samples as the customer requested.
• Acts as sample Log in staff on his/her absence.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor o Science (BSc) in Genetics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or other science degrees.
• 0-2 years of proven experience working in laboratory or lab services.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Able to read and write English (Intermediate).
