Retail Technical Analyst ( Retail application support)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide support for all in-house applications to business users.
• Ensure all data are valuable for management making decision from system.
• Develop business operation performance dashboard.
• Provide IT technical solution/support to the business to ensure a smooth operation.
• Create and maintain software and user training documentations.
• Conduct user training on MS Office, SQL queries, and other IT related topics.
Requirements
• Experience in Retail Application management & Support and Systems integration Interact with SAP SD/MM, FI/CO, and BI support.
• Experience with Microsoft office suite & Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to understand retails business processes and requirements.
• To be very curious, hungry for learning, and able to translate business demands into technical horizons/ perspectives/ views.
• An eagle eye focused on details.
• Knowledge in Azure devops is a plus.
• Bachelor or Master Degree of Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar qualification and/or relevant experience.
• Experience in Retail Application management & Support is preferred (Cegid Y2 is an advantage).
• Good in oral/written English language is a must.
• Last and definitely not least, an open mind, a solid sense of humor and the will to be a good team player.
• Able to Travel.
