Our various operations are located in the Industrial Estate of Bangplee, Samutprakarn on two sites and is part of a large conglomerate of companies with its headquarters in Switzerland.

About this position

ETA Thailand is seeking an HR Senior Specialist (Payroll and Share Services) to manage Compensation and Benefits, including Attendance System and Provident Fund for local and expat staff, in alignment with company policies and Thailand’s labor law.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Attendance System and Provident Fund System
• Arrangement of various routine jobs, such as Bus late Correction, Temporary Card, Temporary & Permanently shift changing Saturday attendance, Distribution and Correction of Exemption report for each department for all employees.
• Prepare data New hire to outsource upload in system
• Prepare data compensation (Taxi, long service reward, special financial Aid,) to outsource
• Prepare data for employee pass probation, Promotion, Adjustment salary,
• To distribute the pay slip for all employees.
• Prepare data PND1, Service fee for Finance Department for issue cheque.
• To submit PND.91 for employee and Expats to Revenue Department
• Prepare document for RO1 for Expats sent to Revenue Department
• Certificate report (Work and Salary Certificate)
• Provident Fund System
• Operate monthly report which is concerning to Turnover report/ New employees /Resigned employee
• Control any statement that defined in Provident Fund system
• Submit monthly payment of the Contribution to the PVF with a report
• Distribute a cheque to resigned member together with statement
• Distribute the provident statement of member every 6 months.
• Prepare Provident Fund information on noticed board
• Reporting
• All kinds of concerned Monthly reporting such as Headcount and BOFC, etc.
• Prepare and submit all concern government report.
• Project
• Project relate payroll function as assign.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Payroll & Attendance System and Provident Fund System.
• Knowledge in The Labor Law for wages and benefits, the code of Revenue (Personal Income Tax calculation)
• Knowledge in advance excel to operate payroll and other benefits for reconciliation and report.
• Service Mind, positive attitude and be flexible.
• Strong communication both in Thai and English.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management.
