About this position

EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses, committed to providing vision care and eyewear products that meet individual consumer needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control and coordinate overall Operations on Finish Goods, Components, Raw Materials and Consumables warehouses.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound activities matching loads, scheduling activities and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Organize, direct, and train operations team (more than 100 operators).
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and budgeting resources to support business growth.
• Deploy business growth projects, managing space requirements, defining layout and equipment and building action plans.
• Maintain warehouse staff job results and develop people by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Support continuous improvement on productivity and volumes growth through implementation of automations and lean concepts.
• Organize the operation process SOP and training with team.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years working experience in Logistics/Warehouse Operations.
• Bachelor's or Masters' Degree in Logistic Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Highly analytical, KPI driven and robust strategic mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good problem analytics and implementing solid action skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and presentation.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Good communication skill and team developing skill.
