About this position

EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses, committed to providing vision care and eyewear products that meet individual consumer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory accuracy throughout performing & reporting the result of physical counts (100%) necessary action when discrepancy is found & cycle count and then takes.
• Ensures that all irregularities are documented, reported and adjusted in ERP system/SAP.
• Prepares, analyzes and monitors all inventory reports to identify slow moving and/or surplus and then reports to the appropriate person.
• Assist supervisor in data entry and create warehouse order/task in load & unload, receive, materials and finished products at point of loading and chemicals stock control.
• Put away, stack, storage, pick & pack, palletize, label and ship out for raw.
• Ensures that SAP transactions are reflected by these activities/movements in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Familiar with international trade and logistics rules and management (e.g. INCOTERMS, KPIs, Import & Export processes) and with Thailand Customs legislation, requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Experience of handling Free Trade Zone Customs operation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Business Administrative or any related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in a multinational company.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (usage of pivot is a must).
• Propension to logical and analytical forward-thinking, KPI driven mindset and Remarkable communication skills.
