About this position

The Production Supervisor has a key role in the production team of the painting department, driving production to meet goals in terms of Quality, Cost, Production efficiency, and delivery, including monitoring, analyzing, maintaining, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Painting production management of the painting department.
• Production line layout set-up, production flow and manpower plan.
• Support product, equipment and machines validations. Provide relevant information to carry out the proposed improvement.
• Participate in prototype and pilot production.
• Preparation of the SOP, WI, Check sheet, Form record and other document.
• Preparation tools, equipment, goods and other accessories for production process.
• Training employees in new product, new work methods, new procedures or changed.
• Training and skills management.
• Supervises the paint functions by planning, scheduling, assigning, and monitoring the work.
• Monitoring the result day by day, line balancing, prioritize and adjust the production properly to be able to produce and delivery on plan.
• Coordinate with Injection/Metal and Assembly department for daily work arrangement and long-term performance improvement plan and work closely to achieve the OEE goals.
• Investigating current processes and implementing new solutions to ensure that the quality and efficiency objectives are maintained.
• Implement projects for the reduction and the continuous improvement of the Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety (QCDS).
• Ensure that the Company Health, Safety, and Environment policy as well as relevant safety legislation are observed and followed.
• Other as assignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering.
• Experience at least 5 years in Painting/ Coating or manufacturing process management.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Have a good attitude, Logical, disciplined.
