About this position

The Learning and Development/Training Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and development activities, handling training needs analysis, and linking learning and development activities to support skills gaps and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and development activities.
• Continually look for innovative ways to design and deliver programs based on the latest learning trends.
• Lead and represent the training program development team and support performance delivery.
• Deliver and facilitate effective, engaging learning and development programs (both face-to-face and virtual sessions) that delight employees and achieve measurable learning outcomes.
• Design and implement integrated online and offline solutions, such as e-learning platforms, to support current and future employee development needs.
• Prepare reports on training course certifications and submit them quarterly to the Skill Development Department (government office).
• Identify training needs within the organization through job analysis and performance analysis (skill gaps) and recommend targeted training.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in learning and development or training roles.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective training programs.
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
