About this position
The Customer Service Officer position at Essilor Optical Laboratory (Thailand) Co., Ltd. involves being the primary contact channel for customers, ensuring effective communication and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to meet customer service needs and delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
• Daily monitor volumes and follow up to ensure actual order placement are achieved volume per plan
• Carried out the requirement of customers
• Follow up production for customer’s order.
• Ensure the service rate for the customer’s area in target.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI.
• Prepare Order Status Report.
• Prepare the Daily report as customer requirement.
• Monthly statement provide to customers
• Communicate closely with Lab Technical Support team for smooth system operation.
• Ensure that the Company Health, Safety and Environment policy as well as relevant safety legislation are observed and followed.
• Promote Essilor’s corporate culture and values.
• Undertake other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by superior occasionally.
