About this position
Responsibilities
Customer Support Officer responsibilities include:
• Be contact channel with customers
• Prompt to support customer after received require
• Daily monitor volumes and follow up to ensure actual order placement are achieved volume per plan
• Carried out Customer Requirement
• Follow up production for customer’s order to meet service level
• Ensure the service rate for the customer’s area in target
• Communicate closely with technical support team for the smooth system operation.
Reporting:
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI
• Prepare Order Status Report.
• Prepare the Daily report as customer requirement.
• Monthly statement provides to customers
Project:
• Participate actively in new project implementation relate with customer service area
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must have Required skill and qualifications:
• Bechelor degree (or equivalent) in Business Administrative or related filed
• 0 to 1 year of experience (new graduate is welcomed)
• Good knowledge of English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Excellent computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
• Able to work under pressure and able to work flexible shift
Preferred skill and qualifications:
• Knowledge of customs regulation and shipment process
