About this position

Ericsson is seeking a dynamic and driven individual for the role of Business Performance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracted Managed Services (MS) cost control & scope, streamlining the fulfilment of obligations by all parties and boosting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the financial performance of delivered services, ensuring cost levels are maintained while securing contract fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Work with the various program streams to produce accurate financial cost forecast, taking into account any SLA penalties, risk, 3rd party & Ericsson internal costs etc.
• Work with the MSCOO to provide monthly accurate forecast updates into Ericsson KAM and Finance functions
• Coordinate & facilitate monthly and quarterly internal governance forums at local MS, Thailand CU and MOAI levels
• Define and manage the Contracted MS scope and WLA Management Framework.
• Establish effective procedures for controlling contracted scope and ensuring requirements fulfilment.
• Regularly review service contracts and internal Working Level Agreement, confirming all commitments are met.
• Proactively manage contract execution and handle deviations with respect to scope and volume.
• Identify potential add-on sales opportunities from the execution of the MS contract.
