About this position

The Risk Management Staff will assist in developing and communicating risk management policies and frameworks, promote a risk culture, and design risk management tools for Erajaya Active Lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Assist Vertical to develop, communicate and ensure the adequacy of Erajaya Active Lifestyle risk management policy, and framework,
• Initiating Program to promote risk culture in Erajaya Active Lifestyle.
• Design Erajaya Active Lifestyle risk appetite, risk tolerance and other risk management tools needed.
• Propose risk appetite and risk tolerance to Risk Management Committee and CEO of EAL.
• Liaising with the business to identify team specific risks to maintain & update the Business Risk Assessment
• Assist and monitor the implementation of risk treatment plan Initiating action to address any gaps or deficiencies identified during the remediation process

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from related major.
• Have at least 1-2 years working experience in Risk Management
• Good analytical thinking and strong interpersonal skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work 100% from office.
