About this position

The IT Support (Technical Staff) position involves managing and maintaining all network systems, providing support to users, and ensuring the functionality of applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all network of internet, computer, printer, CCTV are well-working. (Mobile to store as needed)
• Manage camera systems, computers, and peripheral devices.
• Support and guide users on related issues
• In charge and ensure each application / system are well-working.
• Do record and maintenance IT assets.
• Work closely with Erablue Store Branch to support the IT aspects. (Karawaci - Tangerang - Bekasi - Depok)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience as IT or equivalent.
• Have knowledge about router, Firewall, Cisco Switch, Aruba Switch, Unifi Wifi, Camera, Printer, and user support.
• Experienced in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment, active, and good communication skill.
• Friendly personality and always upholding a spirit of Love & Team Support.
• Willing to travel and work flexibly.
• Have own laptop for work.
