Division Manager - Marketing Strategy and Production Planning
About this position
Responsibilities
• Establish positioning, identify target market, develop marketing strategy and execution of marketing plan, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration to build successful strategies
• Plan, direct, coordinate and oversee activity and implementation of efficient operation and cost effective system
• Manage and monitor technical troubleshooting and service provisioning in areas of process improvement as well as product and application modification to ensure that technical issues are resolved in a timely manner and all operations are run smoothly with efficiency as well as to make sure that product quality meets the customers’ requirement
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices for marketing strategy development
• Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results
• Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
• Customer visits, periodic meeting, etc.
• New customer acquisition and market cultivation within the group
• Framework contracts
• Optimization of logistics
• Ensuring the optimal utilization
• Organization of implementation of the production plan
• Organization of production facilities together with Department Managers
• Organization of direct and indirect material
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Chemicals, Polymer Engineering or related field
• Good command of Microsoft Office Advanced degree in marketing or business development
• At least 10 years experience in Engineering work in industrial and have capacity of Management Level
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes plastic recycling PET and HDPE products and recycling-related machines. If having skills in the field of processes plastic recycling is an advantage
• Strong experience of analysis and insight generation and fact base development.
• Demonstrable experience of managing multiple initiatives at the same time and working under pressure.
• Highly numerate, commercially minded and a proven track record of managing and planning multi-million-pound marketing budgets.
• Good command of both spoken and written English
