The Marketing Analyst position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and business development to analyze data and develop insights for business growth.
• Develop fact bases - sourcing and synthesizing wide ranging information such as customer research, market insight and existing customer data to create strategic insight to develop understanding of the issue or opportunity.
• Bring new ideas and concepts forward to develop innovative and effective solutions to business and marketing challenges.
• Facilitate the development of the Unit Business Plan, through the production of appropriate presentations and supporting evidence.
• Ensure agreed Marketing targets are communicated clearly such that they translate effectively into team and individual objectives.
• Define and manage the process, timings and outputs of the operational planning framework, ensuring that all Marketing functions deliver plans that support the delivery of strategic and commercial objectives.
• Manage the quarterly re-planning and the Unit’s risk register.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, finance, engineering or marketing, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineer field required.
• Good command of Microsoft Office Advanced degree in marketing or business development.
• 5 Years of strategic experience in a similar environment, management consulting, or investment banking.
