About this position
Responsibilities
• Promote and sell industrial software solutions to customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with prospective clients.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout project lifecycle, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
• Report sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related role, preferably in the industrial or software sector.
• Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of at least 600.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex solutions to customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High level of discipline, multitasking ability, and a service-minded attitude.
• Self-motivated with a leadership mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
