Project Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage industrial software implementation projects to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Implement advanced software solutions, including Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), and other cutting-edge digital transformation solutions such as AI solutions to optimize production.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout project lifecycle, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to project execution and software integration.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions and handover processes for clients upon project completion.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve project execution.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or engineering, preferably in the industrial or software sector.
• Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of at least 600.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in automation and software solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High level of discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Equivalent score of IELTS or TOEFL is acceptable.
• Must provide an English resume and an attached recent photo.
• Driver License.
