About this position

We are looking for a self-starter Service Engineer to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. The Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks for injection molding machines.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes.
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ proven field service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Technical education and experience in injection molding business, blow molding or extrusion is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good in English (Speaking, Reading, Listening & Writing).
• Good Communication & Interpersonal skills, and good service mind.
• Self-Motivated.
• Being flexible, adapting to and working around any unexpected work schedule changes.
• Able to read technical drawings, electric & hydraulic diagram.
• Have his/her own private car.
• Good in MS office skills.
• Lives in Chonburi or Rayong.
