About this position
Responsibilities
• Identifies and assesses sales opportunities with specific accounts and territories.
• Prospects for and develops new accounts.
• Establishes and maintains long-term business relationships with customers, including participating in customer entertainment events as appropriate.
• Manages the sales relationship through all levels of customers’ organizations.
• Recommends solutions based upon customer requirements.
• Conducts price negotiation.
• Achieves incremental sales growth.
• Facilitates resolution for billing and Account Receivable issues.
• Provides all aspects of account maintenance.
• Provides customers with product information.
• Provides quotations to customers with product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Manages expense budget.
• Completes all required reports, forecasts, and other information that may be requested in a timely manner.
• Provides complete information to facilitate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with O&M department to successfully execute work for aftermarket service work.
• Conduct simple basic equipment training as necessary for sale & business purpose.
• Support any improvement opportunity for business value gaining (ex. business contract drafting/ amending for maximizing profit).
• Attending Oil & gas exposition/ event to establish sale opportunity & P.R. the company.
• Support new product/ service studying & business point of view evaluation.
• Complies with all Exterran and customer safety policies.
• Ensure all sales proposals and contracts comply with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
• Collaborate with the QHSE team to align business development activities with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Incorporate customer feedback into the continuous improvement process for products and services.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Engineering, Sales, Business Development or related field.
• Strong knowledge of aftermarket portfolio in natural oil and gas business in Thailand.
• Direct experience in compression business in operation, maintenance, installation & commissioning would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation skill is a must.
• Proficient using complete Microsoft Suite (Outlook, MS Team, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department.
• Must be able to communicate and respond to coworkers, customers, vendors, suppliers and emergency cues/alarms, in person and on the telephone, including use of mobile devices.
• Position may require travel 50% of the time both domestic and international.
