About this position

Act as the main point of contact for client project communication, nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Review client’s terms and conditions and ensure the conditions flow down to the correct path and departments.
• Oversee and manage a team of project coordinators, interlinked departments, purchasing department, Engineering department, Production department, Quality Control and assurance to ensure the execution projects in high quality.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, while proactively addressing any issues or risks.
• Reviewing the change requirements ensures reasonable cost to project.
• Continuously evaluate, analyze, and resolve culturally sensitive issues for various regions to eliminate potential risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including style guides, term bases, and best practices.

Requirements

• Foster an environment of open‐mindedness, collaboration, and growth among team members.
• Ensure project timeline is monitored according to deadline and schedule via full control and monitoring with Project Planner.
• Ensure well tracking of milestones and claiming of invoice by communicating with finance team.
• Ensure reporting of P&L is in accordance with Top management requirements and easy access for overview at all times.
• Adhere to company assignment and complete tasks delegated by Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field experience or related certify certificate.
• Minimum 8‐10 years of relevant work experience in handling client communication and managing projects in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Computer Literacy (MS office, MS suit Excel etc.)
• Experience of managing teams and playing good role in middle management level.
• Understand and usage of SAP application system.
• Strong communication / organizational skills for effective collaboration with other related different departments and sub‐contractors, as well as Quality supervisor and team.
• Understand Fabrication and Manufacturing concept and quality standards requirement.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English, with top skill of communicating via telephone and emailing with individual or group from local or international.
