Sap support Staff
About this position
The SAP Support Staff is responsible for managing and supporting SAP modules, analyzing and resolving issues, providing user training, and collaborating with vendors and consultants.
Responsibilities
• Manage SAP system in assigned modules (MM/PP/SD/FI-CO/QM)
• Analyze and resolve problems, provide user consultation on SAP system (Configuration, modification, implement, support SAP)
• Gather user requirements to evaluate benefits and drawbacks, to align with organizational operations
• Prepare Program Spec, Change Request, and user manuals related to SAP system
• Participate in training users on basic SAP operations
• Implement new technologies to enhance system efficiency
• Communicate and coordinate with Vendors and SAP Consultants
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP modules (FI/CO/SD/PP/MM/QM)
• Proficiency in English language
• Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills
• Open to feedback, able to work in a team
• Knowledge of SAP maintenance
• Analytical thinking, quick problem-solving skills, and systematic approach
