About this position

Position involves presenting project materials, organizing events, maintaining quality customer relationships, technical data preparation, market research, project reporting, and knowledge sharing with architects, contractors, and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Present project materials and record data
• Organize events with architects and other clients
• Maintain quality customer relationships through relationship-building programs
• Prepare technical data for presentations
• Collect and analyze market research data
• Report project results
• Summarize project presentations and survey desired products
• Provide knowledge and develop relationships with architects, contractors, and business owners
• Anticipate new project developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• Ability to communicate effectively with architects in private and public sectors
• Knowledge of construction materials such as wall panels, roofing, metal sheets, and ability to recommend usage
• Experience in specifying materials for construction projects, building construction, and construction materials
• Experience in selling construction project materials such as paint, aluminum, steel, etc.
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints
• Ability to analyze metallographic test results
