Customer care and logistic Executive

The Customer care and logistic Executive is responsible for driving and managing the logistics program across Asia Pacific plants, working closely with freight forwarders and ensuring door-to-door shipments meet operational needs. The Customer Care aspect handles order-related queries and coordinates with plant operations for timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
• Preliminary review of customer order T&C and sales agreement. Coordinate with Emerson contract team and the customer to smoothen the approval of contract and ensure compliance with International Trade Compliance
• Preparation of weekly backlog report for SEA, monthly management report and other ad hoc requirement
• Coordinating customer care process from order entry to ship to customer. Scheduling and planning of monthly sales shipment
• Support and Coordinate with the sales team to support customer request and historical sales data.
• Coordinate with the forwarder for both local and oversea shipment. To ensure export shipment compliance.
• Support finance in preparation of project costing for tooling and machine
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in any field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Customer care with some experience in logistic
• Commercially minded and outcome oriented
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across a multi function organization
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Good sense of logic with ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Great teammate who can work lead and work alongside with others in the multinational environment without authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of English
• Good computer skill, proficient with Microsoft Office
• Self motivated and energetic with sense of urgency
