About this position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring operational stability, overseeing production output, product quality, and timely shipping while leading a team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the line operational stability - Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
• Supervise subordinates to a good performance and comply with company policy and rule.
• Perform a good management such as organizing, planning, controlling materials usage, minimizing scrap to ensure a quality products and company goals.
• Initiate and inspire team for improvement activities to streamline activities in the department to get an efficient operation.
• Identify risks and recommend areas of improvement and innovation.
• Study and analyze the process for lean manufacturing.
• Plan and propose the methods for process improvements.
• Implement and follow up improvements in production processes and practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional team work to achieve continuous improvement objectives.
• Compile and track improvement project data and reports on status.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experienced as Production Supervisor, Industrial Engineer or related field.
• Experience and knowledge in MRP/ERP concepts.
• Having knowledge in ISO standard.
• Good leadership skill.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks with deadline.
• Able to perform Microsoft office (excel, word and power point).
• Can-do attitude.
