About this position
The Oversea Sales (Back Office) & Product Specialist position involves managing sales revenue, maintaining customer relationships, and driving product lifecycle processes while seeking new market opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for sales revenue of responsible products and markets.
• Providing marketing and sales information analysis for sales forecast.
• Maintain the good relationship with existing customers, ensuring the business is intact and will grow organically.
• Respond to the requirement and any complaints from customers.
• Coordinate with customer for existing products issues, improvement and new product development.
• Seek for new opportunities and new market to expand the business.
• Follow up with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
• Have experience working and participating in the bidding process and project bidding analysis (Bidding).
• Coordinate with related department for product costing calculation and selling price proposal preparation.
• Responsible for overall coordination, personnel management, functional management, and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business.
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by R&D teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Science in Medical Technology or related fields
• Having knowledge in Surgical Gown, Surgery Drape/Pack, PPE, Isolation Gown and Disposable Medical Device would be an advantaged
• 3-5 years in Sales / Marketing, Product Manager or customer service
• Pleasant personality, service mind, strong coordination and team working
• Active, Positive thinking, Energetic, Creative, Fast learning and Good relationship
• Able to work under pressure and flexible time
• Desire to provide excellent service to our customers
• Very good English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel Advance, PowerPoint
• Able to understand Chinese Language would be advantaged
