Executive Assistant
About this position
Responsibilities
• Providing high-level administrative support to our executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, meeting minutes and prepare executive report
• Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence
• Assisting with project management, including tracking deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and representing the executive team professionally
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Providing support for special events and other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
