Engineer Supervisor
About this position
Responsibilities
• Perform periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) routine inspection of all equipment's. Fill out record and archive
• Create and continuously improve a maintenance schedule and maintenance instruction for the various components
• Timely make repairs and replace components so as to avoid interruption of operation when the facility is needed. Documents all interventions.
• Notify immediately the Plant Manager when a risk of EO exposure is detected
• Notify in advance the Plant Manager and Production Supervisor when a problem starts appearing that may affect the availability of the plant
• Notify the Plant Manager when a maintenance task cannot be performed on schedule.
• Liaise with providers of outsourced maintenance services
• Ensure that there is an adequate supply of spare parts, LPG, acid, lubricating oil.
• Suggest improvements of the facility
• Ensure that EO bottles are timely changed to prevent any process interruption.
• Support the Production Supervisor when EO bottles are received
• Maintain test equipment's and its calibration
Requirements
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrometrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools.
• Can read electrical drawings
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience 1-3 years.
