• Check and review the sales contract and order confirmation of each customer
• Track order documents and collect the documents according to the purchase order
• Analysis the capacity of the product that will be packed in the container in each export shipment

Requirements
• Bachelor degree as Marketing or related fields.
• At least 1-3 years experience in customer service.
• knowledge in medical device (disposable products would be advantage).
• Excellent Problem solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Good computer skills.
