• Check and review the sales contract and order confirmation of each customer
• Track order documents and collect the documents according to the purchase order
• Analysis the capacity of the product that will be packed in the container in each export shipment
• Follow up and coordinate with production planning section, Warehouse department and relevant departments for on time delivery.
• contact with oversea customers to schedule product delivery.
• Maintaining a good relationship and take care customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree as Marketing or related fields
• At least 2-3 years experience in customer service
• Excellent Problem solving skills
• Good command of English
• Good computer skills
• Have a knowledge in medical device (disposable products would be advantage)
