About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist in keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases that are relevant to our industry and target audience.
• Conduct audits to gauge SEO health of clients websites.
• Gain exposure to technical SEO aspects, including website speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup.
• Execute on-page optimizations and implement changes in content management systems (CMS)
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes.
• Understand and implement technical SEO audits and changes.
• Review and analyze client sites for areas needing improvement
• Set a report on the success of SEO initiatives and monitor SEO competitor intelligence for key competitors.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices, guidelines, algorithm updates and trends.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve overall organic search keywords ranking and audience growth.
Requirements
• Available for a full-time internship (6 months, paid internship)
• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Marketing, business, management in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing technology driven environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
• A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
• Have basic knowledge on Microsoft office and Google Suite.
