About this position
Responsibilities
• Apply your knowledge and experience in a real business setting in a tech startup
• Be part of challenging assignments and internal projects
• Assist in any administrative and operational matters related to customer and the team
• Assisting the local team and doing tasks related to different scopes or functions including but not limited to commercial contracts, invoicing, AR, vendor management, admin, HR/TA, Customer Success, and other adhoc assignments or duties, as specified by your manager
• Coordination and planning of company events
• Maintaining the National Holidays calendar
• Organizing Team Building activities: outing, team lunch/dinner, karaoke night, bowling night, movie night, etc.
Requirements
• Available for a full-time internship (6 months paid internship)
• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in management, business, operations in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing technology driven environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
• A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
• Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both writing and speaking
• Have basic knowledge on Microsoft office and Google Suite
