About this position

The position is for a Freelance Assistant Apothecary in Yogyakarta. The responsibilities include implementing work targets, ensuring the 5S program in the Clinic Department, managing stock availability, preparing medications, screening prescriptions, assisting pharmacists in product delivery, checking ED products, preparing returns, checking drug and auxiliary material stock reports, recording all warehouse transactions, and conducting daily, weekly, and monthly stock opname.

Responsibilities

• Implement work targets and evaluate them
• Ensure the 5S program in the Clinic Department
• Responsible for the availability of stock materials for operational purposes
• Carry out end-to-end drug manufacturing processes according to prescription recommendations
• Screen prescriptions
• Assist pharmacists in delivering products according to applicable service standards
• Check ED products and report to the Pharmacist
• Prepare return products
• Check drug and auxiliary material stock reports
• Record all items entering and leaving the pharmacy and pharmacy warehouse
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock opname

Requirements

• Minimum D3 / S1 in Pharmacy
• 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Apothecary, experience in beauty clinics is preferred
• Able to approach patients effectively
• Willing to develop and learn quickly
• Willing to follow grooming standards in the company
• Good communication skills
