About this position
The Customer Service and Sales position requires maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers, responding to inquiries and complaints, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times through the website / ecommerce / market / application, social chat & chat application (wa / line)
• Respond to customer questions immediately
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Provide feedback about the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
• Responsible for achieving sales targets through average sales and repeat customers
Requirements
• Minimum education of SMA / K or Diploma or Bachelor
• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similiar position
• Has experience in the field of customer service via digital chat such as website / ecommerce / marketplace / application, social chat & chat application (wa / line)
• Having experience using systems like Qiscuss / Freshdesk / Zendesk
• Having experience increasing conversion rates via chat
• Having experience to achieve sales target using the method of up selling or cross selling
• Has a good communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skill
• Skincare enthusiast
• Willing to work shifting time
